Aramark is currently seeking a Catering Cook for the food service operation at National Bank in Montreal. Position: Catering Cook National Bank (800 St-Jacques Street, Montreal, QC H3C 1A3) Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, approximately 32 hours per week Start Date: Immediate Assist the Chef in planning and preparing catering menus. Perform cooking, plating, and finishing dishes according to established quality standards. Demonstrate creativity while meeting customer needs and expectations. Ensure the quality of food services provided and overall customer satisfaction. Monitor and maintain quality standards for catering services and the customer experience. Apply and enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in accordance with current regulations, company policies, and MAPAQ requirements. 2 to 3 years of experience in food service, catering, or the restaurant industry is considered an asset. ~ Experience in high-end catering is considered a strong asset. ~ MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Sanitation Certification is considered an asset. ~ Diploma in Restaurant Management, Dietetic Technology, or a Vocational Diploma (DEP) in Institutional Cooking is considered an asset.
