Support life claims remotely from Ontario as a Life Claims Administrator, using organization and analytical skills to help process claims accurately. Manulife seeks a Life Claims Administrator for its Affinity Life Claims teams. You will support adjudicators and internal partners with timely claim processing and accurate claim setup. The work includes database searches, correspondence, inbox management, reporting, and communication with Third Party Administrators. Locate deceased customers' contracts across systems Set up death notifications and request claim documents Prepare correspondence and follow up on pending claims One to two plus years in claim administration or equivalent exposure Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Bring claim administration, analytical judgment, and organized follow-up to Manulife's remote Affinity Life Claims team in Ontario. #
