We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our unit that truly believes in patient and family centered care as well as working on a unit that strives to be supportive, caring and fun. 4C is a 34-bed medical unit specializing in the care of acute medicine patients. A candidate who can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient and family focused nursing care is required, working to full scope of practice with critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills. You will be guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skill level and AHS policies and procedures and supported with the education required for the role. You will play a key role in providing protected, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS. New grads are welcome to apply. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are part of an interprofessional health care team, utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills. Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support
- Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Additional Required

Qualifications:
2-5 years acute medicine nursing experience in Canada required. Preferred

Qualifications:
