Position Overview

The Pro Account Sales Associate builds relationships with industrial, commercial, and other professional customers, shares product knowledge, and supports sales on the store floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect for new business and develop relationships with Pro customers.
- Identify customer needs, recommend products and services, and use upselling and closing techniques.
- Track customer accounts, follow up on satisfaction, and pursue future business.
- Prepare quotes and process orders accurately; coordinate order information, pickup, and delivery.
- Support sales goals, maintain an organized work area, and inform store associates about the Pro Program.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of receiving experience.

Work Requirements

This in-store role involves standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving heavy and bulky merchandise. The work environment may be dusty, noisy, and subject to changing temperatures and other store-floor hazards.
