School District 71 seeks a temporary 0.8 FTE Blended Learning Teacher for Grades 8–12 Humanities. The teacher provides personalized online courses, supports students in classrooms and tutorials, and collaborates with colleagues and parents. This position is subject to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide face-to-face instruction at North Shore Academy
- Guide personalized online Humanities learning courses
- Maintain advanced online classrooms in learning management systems
- Develop and maintain advanced online curriculum
- Provide student tutorial support online and in person

Requirements:

- Training,



certification, or experience teaching in online learning
- Secondary Humanities design and instruction experience, training, or education
- Advanced assessment for learning practices and documentation skills
- Experience with Brightspace, Zoom, and Teams platforms
- Ability to support course adaptations and I.E.P.s

Support diverse learners through Humanities instruction, personalized technology, assessment practices, and collaboration across online and face-to-face settings.
