We're hiring a Customer Success Specialist to support and guide our users—from grassroots fundraisers to national nonprofits as they run successful events on our platform. Support users via email, chat, and occasionally calls Help improve internal processes and collaborate with a fully remote team Customer support experience (email/chat/Zoom) Comfortable with Excel and basic web design Remote work experience & self-starter mentality Eligible to work in Canada with fluent English Must live in the Pacific time zone, no exceptions Bonus Points for: 4 x 10 hour days (Thu-Sun, 1:00PM-11:00PM PT) ~5 x 8 hour days (Thu-Mon, 3:00PM-11:00PM PT) Ready to help amazing organizations do more good? #
