Support global logistics at Eclipse Automation in Cambridge, Ontario, using transportation planning and supply chain coordination skills on-site.

This full-time Co-op reports to the Supply Chain team and supports goods movement for manufacturing and project requirements. You will collaborate with suppliers, carriers, customs partners, and internal teams while gaining hands-on exposure to international logistics, transportation planning, customs processes, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate carrier routing, quoting, scheduling, and shipment tracking
- Prepare bills of lading and commercial invoices
- Support customs clearance and shipment release activities
- Monitor shipment status and escalate delays appropriately




- Track transportation costs and support cost reduction initiatives

Requirements:

- Current enrollment in a relevant university or college program
- Co-op or work term required by your academic program
- Solid interest in global transportation and supply chains
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
