Our Directors are supported by a collaborative leadership structure that includes our Executive Director, People & Culture, Enrollment, and Administrative teams, along with our Pedagogistas, who provide guidance on programming and pedagogical practice. With enrollment, invoicing, payroll, and many administrative functions managed centrally, you can spend more time where your leadership makes the greatest difference: supporting educators, connecting with families, and strengthening your centre. Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification At least one year of leadership experience in a licensed childcare setting Strong understanding of Alberta Child Care Licensing requirements Experience leading, coaching, and supporting a team Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Previous Centre Director experience is an asset, as is familiarity with Reggio Emilia-inspired practice, emergent curriculum, or nature-based learning.
