Support Bailey House residents overnight through crisis response, medication documentation, security monitoring, and professional communication during demanding shifts. As a Resident Care Support Worker, you provide resident support, in office supervision, and security under the Bailey House Supervisor. Your work includes personal care assistance, resident communication, caseworker support, emergency response, documentation, and facility monitoring. The Salvation Army serves people in need across Canada and Bermuda while advancing hope, service, dignity, and stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care concerns, supplies, and forms Document medications and respond to medical emergencies Monitor cameras, alarms, doors, rooms, and building security Complete rounds,



head counts, checks, and radio responses Maintain records, reports, files, and database entries

Requirements:
Post-secondary education or related Social Services experience High school graduation and required First Aid certification Verbal Judo or NVCI, Suicide Intervention, and WHMIS Mental Health First Aid and criminal record screening Computer, communication, observation, assessment, and recording skills Apply resident support, crisis response, documentation, and security skills while serving Bailey House through The Salvation Army. #J-18808-Ljbffr
