AgeCare Woodhaven in Markham is seeking a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide compassionate resident care according to established care plans. You will contribute to a safe, dignified environment and support residents, families, and team members as part of a dedicated community.
In this regular, part-time role (0.40 FTE), you’ll monitor care, document observations, participate in in-service education, assist onboarding of recent staff, and consistently follow IPAC policies.
