Lead housekeeping quality at Aramark while coordinating custodial assignments, inspecting completed work, and maintaining secure, client-ready areas. This position follows a 20-days-on, 10-days-off rotation.

As Housekeeping Lead, you will support daily housekeeping operations and may oversee or delegate custodial responsibilities. The work includes scheduling assignments, checking standards, training employees, and addressing performance deficiencies. Experience in remote or commercial industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and assign daily custodial team work
- Oversee task completion and verify satisfactory quality
- Train and retrain employees as needed
- Clean areas to Aramark and client standards
- Maintain equipment, safety, storage, and security procedures

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Previous custodial experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to follow basic safety procedures
- Successful pre-employment D&A; test and criminal background check
