As an Emergency Department Team Lead with Paladin Security, you will oversee daily operations and guide on-site guards. The work supports a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors across the Emergency Department and Mental Health Ward. You will coordinate patrols, emergency responses, reporting, and patient watch support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coach, and train security guards
- Manage scheduling, attendance, audits, and required training
- Conduct patrols and coded emergency responses
- Investigate, document, and escalate security incidents




- Coordinate security planning with clinical staff and emergency services

Requirements:

- Two years of leadership experience in healthcare security
- Two years of general healthcare security experience
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Use of Force and MOAB certifications or training willingness
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and report writing skills
