Protect Sephora store assets in Coquitlam through retail surveillance, CCTV monitoring, and professional loss prevention service. This is a full-time position.

The Asset Protection Partner supports store Leadership by reducing shortage and maintaining operational controls. The position requires retail loss prevention experience, reporting, investigations, and communication. You will work with internal partners, law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers while supporting employee awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct sales floor and CCTV surveillance for external theft
- Follow laws and Sephora policies during apprehensions
- Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
- Conduct self-audits, checklists, and safety inspections
- Deliver loss prevention training to employees

Requirements:

- One year of retail asset protection experience
- Maintain required provincial or local licensing
- Strong written, verbal, interviewing, and listening skills
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
