Lead hospitality operations at CMH’s remote Monashees lodge near Revelstoke, supporting guest experiences, staff supervision, and daily problem solving. This seasonal position follows a two-weeks-on, one-week-off schedule.

As Assistant Lodge Manager, you support the Lodge Manager across hospitality and food-and-beverage programs. You supervise staff, manage administrative duties, host guests, and step into the Lodge Manager role during scheduled time off. The position also requires scheduling, time entry, inventory tracking, and safety support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support lodge hospitality and food-and-beverage administration
- Coach, direct, and develop staff alongside the Lodge Manager
- Host guests and respond to feedback or injuries




- Create schedules and complete weekly time entry
- Track bar stock, inventory, and workplace safety requirements

Requirements:

- Hospitality education or equivalent work experience
- Food Secure Certificate and Occupational First Aid Level 1
- BC Serving-it-Right certification
- Two years of hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Public speaking, training, teamwork, and high-end service skills
