As a Driver Trainer, you will support skilled drivers through education, evaluation, coaching, and compliant onboarding. The work includes driver orientation, certification programs, transportation regulations, onboard technology, and occupational health and safety activities. You will also contribute to safety communications and operational training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver new driver orientation and safe onboarding training
- Support forklift, TDG, WHMIS, and in-cab training
- Provide ELD guidance to drivers and operations teams
- Conduct Job Safety Observations, dock audits, and compliance activities




- Facilitate safety meetings, communications, and engagement events

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1 licence with air brake endorsement
- Experience evaluating, educating, coaching, and supporting professional drivers
- Knowledge of federal and provincial transportation regulations
- Experience using ELD and onboard technology solutions
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills
