Deliver exceptional resident service as a Building Manager overseeing mixed-use property operations, maintenance coordination, and on-site customer experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager, you will manage rental processes, service requests, inspections, and building readiness. The position combines resident communication, hands-on repairs, contractor coordination, and preventative maintenance. You will support welcoming, well-maintained residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate handovers and readiness for occupancy
- Manage rentals, paperwork, parking, lockers, pets, and amenities
- Lead showings, move-ins, inspections, orientations, and transitions
- Respond to resident requests and report concerns
- Coordinate maintenance,



repairs, contractors, and suite turnovers

Requirements:

- One to three years’ customer or resident service experience
- Experience in multifamily, mixed-use real estate, or hospitality
- Robust communication, organization, planning, and time management
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements, tenant rights, and privacy practices
- Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and personal vehicle
