You will collaborate with the Resident Care Manager, Social Worker, and Occupational Therapist to support residents with complex behaviors and mental health needs within your scope.
You will observe, monitor and report changes in status, participate in care planning, and implement individualized interventions while ensuring confidentiality and ethical care.
