As a Business Development Representative II, you will engage property and casualty insurers across outbound, inbound, and event channels. You will research accounts, identify prospect pain points, explain Duck Creek solutions, and qualify fit against the company’s ideal customer profile. The role connects closely with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Operations to create qualified meetings and documented opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research target accounts and conduct proactive daily outreach
- Qualify prospects and articulate solutions addressing identified pain points




- Lead exploratory conversations about business objectives and product alignment
- Generate meetings through industry tradeshows and inbound interest
- Track activities in CRM and Sales Engagement tools

Requirements:

- Business Development Representative experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or similar preferred
- Interest in sales development, sales, or marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Robust organization, time management, and deadline management
