Support daily living and independence as a Health Care Aide in Winnipeg’s home care program, providing secure personal care and direct client support. Under general supervision, this Health Care Aide assists clients with daily living activities in community homes and other care settings. The work includes direct care within established standards, policies, and procedures. Candidates need a recognized Health Care Aide course and minimum Grade 10 education. Provide safe, effective personal care Support client independence and optimum health Recognized Health Care Aide course completion English communication skills, oral and written Ability to work shifts and weekends Use personal care, communication, and daily living support skills to help Winnipeg clients maintain independence across home care services. #
