Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead supports store success through positive shopping experiences and lasting customer relationships. This position combines day-to-day operations with shipment processing, replenishment, eCom fulfillment, inventory optimization, sales, and brand presentation. You will help maintain customer satisfaction and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
- Support day-to-day store operations and sales performance
- Optimize inventory management through shipment processing




- Replenish the sales floor and fulfill eCom orders
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- One year of team lead experience preferred
- Two years of retail experience considered an asset
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented service
- Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
