Provide in-home therapy as a Supervised Behaviour Therapist, using individualized teaching and behaviour support programs under clinical supervision.

Lumino Kids Development Centre seeks an Instructor Therapist to support children’s communication, social, play, adaptive, and functional skills. You will work directly in homes while following treatment plans and guidance from a supervising clinician or Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized teaching and behaviour support programs
- Support children’s communication, social, play, and adaptive skills
- Collect accurate session data and complete therapy documentation
- Prepare activities supporting children’s learning goals




- Communicate progress and concerns with clinical team members

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field
- Previous direct ABA or behavioural support experience strongly preferred
- Ability to follow treatment plans and accept supervision
- Robust communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions

Support children’s development through individualized ABA-informed therapy, careful documentation, clinical guidance, and dependable in-home service delivery.
