Analyze business data and generate insights at Sun Life’s Canadian Contact Centre in a hybrid Waterloo or Montreal student role. Support operational excellence and employee experiences. This student analyst role supports strategic and operational initiatives with business analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams across Operations, Best Practice, Data Insights, Operational Learning, and Enablement. The work includes pilot programs, change management, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities
