Responsible for accurately monitoring the movement of totes and for recording same (dumping / filling). Ensures good housekeeping and 5S practices are maintained in the Tote Room and Packaging areas. Performing required daily tests to ensure product quality, consistency, and determine equipment effectiveness. Then recording results into the designated McCain database to drive Real Time Management and support data analysis Employees must consistently follow all GMP, safety, and hygiene requirements, including restrictions on jewelry, personal items, and attire while on the production floor. Compliance with these standards is an essential duty of the role to ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Familiar with PI, Process Control, OCAP and basic computer skills. High School Graduate Experienced with the safe handling of chemicals in accordance with WHMIS. Must have strong communication skills, ability to follow detailed instructions, and be able to maintain good working relationships with Supervision and coworkers as well as ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work on a rotating shift basis. Able to perform inspection for Contamination, Safety, Food Safety and Mixed Product Sources. Must be willing to cross train in other areas. Familiarity within process control testing and entering results into the designated McCain database PI Experienced with the safe handling of chemicals in accordance with WHMIS. Must have or be willing to complete training on forklift, personal fall protection and scissor/boom lift.
