Tuoi Hac Village, a 160-bed long-term care home, is an exciting new project that will be dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents in partnership with UniversalCare Canada Inc., our family members, valued employees, and community partners. Residents will be admitted in the Spring of 2027. Our team is currently hiring for a new vacancy, a permanent full-time Maintenance Supervisor . Competitive salary and vacation package -Comprehensive extended health and dental program -Continuous learning & growth opportunities -A welcoming culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion Completes all routine/preventative maintenance work and inspections. -Troubleshoots and performs repairs on all building equipment. -Responds promptly to all maintenance emergencies and addresses maintenance concerns of residents and family members. -Completes all documentation related to maintenance and maintains accurate records. -Assists in maintaining/cleaning equipment, reports equipment concerns to the Departmental Manager, as required. -Assists with resident admittances,
lifts and transfers, departures, and death. -Supports with on-boarding of new hires, students, and volunteers, as required.
- Knowledge of maintenance equipment, best practices, and procedures. -Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions in English. -Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong relationship building abilities. -Satisfactory vulnerable sector check and TB test.
