Own bank reconciliations and month-end close at Driven Brands, supporting the Franchise Business segment from its Charlotte headquarters. Excel and GAAP knowledge matter.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Senior Accountant handles assigned general ledger accounts and internal controls. The work includes journal entries, account reconciliations, workpapers, and timely responses to accounting, finance, and operations requests. Oracle experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain assigned accounts under GAAP requirements and company policies
- Prepare journal entries and month-end and quarter-end close support
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Document internal controls and complete close checklist tasks




- Respond accurately to internal customer requests and assist projects

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years of accounting experience preferred
- ERP data analysis experience; Oracle preferred but not required
- Excel proficiency, including pivot table experience
- Solid analytical, quantitative, communication, and interpersonal skills
