This position may be filled at the Senior Analyst or Associate level, depending on experience. You will research opportunities, evaluate investment merits, conduct due diligence, and support recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

- Research and evaluate private equity investment opportunities
- Build dynamic financial models and test sensitivities
- Conduct due diligence and review third-party reports
- Prepare investment recommendations for Novacap Investment Committee
- Monitor portfolio performance, valuations, and exit alternatives

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant investment experience
- Solid research, modeling, analytical, and valuation skills
- Experience conducting due diligence
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Bilingual French and English; CFA, CPA, or CBV asset
