Coordinate total rewards programs at TiC Solutions from the Sherwood Park office, using benefits administration and compensation support expertise. As HR Program Coordinator, you will support the Manager HR Programs across advantages, compensation, and special HR projects. Your work includes maintaining confidential records, coordinating program processes, and supporting accurate data management. Administer health, dental, life, disability, and retirement benefits Coordinate medical leave processes through return to work Support merit, bonus, and incentive program implementation Track HR projects, budgets, invoices, and vendor activities Intermediate Excel skills, including pivots and V-Lookup Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred Bring organized benefits coordination, compensation support, confidential data management, and analytical skills to TiC Solutions. #
