As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Parts Advisor to help support our daily parts and inventory operations Reporting to the Warehouse Manager the Parts Advisor will be a diligent, detailed, and focused executor to support our inventory, parts and customer service functions. As a Parts Advisor your duties are including but not limited to: Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct regular audits and cycle counts, and support physical inventory processes Source and sell parts and accessories to retail, wholesale, internal, in-person, phone, and electronic customers; Complete orders for Service Technicians, support technician and customer needs, and ensure required parts are available for service work Coordinate deliveries or travel to pick up required parts or supplies for urgent needs; assist with receiving incoming parts and materials,



verifying quantities and condition, and complete warehouse duties as required to support operations We’re seeking a Parts Advisor who combines strong technical expertise with Customer Service. 2+ years of Parts, inventory, customer service, service department, or equipment-related experience ~2+ years of identifying parts and applications/parts ordering and inventory control ~work order billing and use of inventory/business systems with ability to interpret manufacturer and supplier information. ~ Experience within Auto or Agriculture Industries is considered an asset.
