Job Description Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) G&W; Products is a leading contract metal manufacturer and fabricator. Founded in 1968, we specialize in metal stamping, laser cutting, fabrication, manual and robotic welding, tool and die work, powder coating, and assembly. Our three Fairfield, Ohio facilities provide 190,000 square feet of manufacturing space and serve industries including construction, transportation, energy, and defense. We are now hiring a Certified Weld Inspector. This position works closely with weld supervisors, leads,and welders toconduct dimensional and weld inspections and verify workmanship, quality, and safety standards. Must be AWS, Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) ~2+ years of weld inspection, required ~ Manufacturing experience, ~ 1 and Ground Combat Vehicle Welding code for aluminum and steel ~ High School Diploma or Equivalent ~ Observe testing and confirming welds meet required standards Partner with the Weld Inspection leaders to develop and approve required weld documentation Customer Driven Competitive pay Vacation, 401(k) company match, and paid holidays
