Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a Fashion Designer to help evolve the PENN. brand. You’ll design collections, interpret fashion and cultural influences, and develop concepts that reflect customer needs. Working with Design, Merchandising, and key partners, you’ll guide products from seasonal direction through final execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative activewear collections with functional details
- Translate trends into silhouettes, colours, fabrics, and details
- Develop sketches, garment concepts, and design packages
- Guide fittings and reviews for fit and construction
- Own creative execution across assigned categories
Requirements:
- Fashion Design degree or related college diploma
- Three to five years of relevant design experience
- Robust understanding of fit, proportion, and garment construction
- Customer, fashion, culture, and trend curiosity
- French and English bilingualism
