Experienced Landscaper needed for year-round outdoor maintenance, including snow removal, equipment operation, and property care at Boardwalk communities. Work spans changing weather.

Boardwalk seeks an experienced Landscaper to maintain sites and support Resident Member safety, comfort, and cleanliness. Duties include operating skid steers, small tractors, sweepers, and other landscaping equipment. The work covers lawns, trees, hedges, flowerbeds, parking lots, building exteriors, seasonal cleanup, painting, and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform snow and ice removal, sanding, salting, and logging
- Operate and maintain skid steers, tractors, and sweepers
- Cut, trim, water, edge, and weed lawns
- Complete seasonal cleanup, irrigation, planting,



and power washing
- Remove furniture, garbage, appliances, and site hazards

Requirements:

- Two years of landscaping service experience required
- Skilled landscaping equipment training and experience
- Ability to operate skid steers and payloaders
- Ability to lift, climb, stand, walk, and maneuver 90kg
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
