Hiram Walker & Sons Limited seeks a senior analyst reporting to the Director, Cost Accounting. You will analyze production variances, support Pernod Ricard reporting, and apply cost accounting methodologies. The work includes budgeting, forecasting, financial close, KPI reporting, and operational analysis across the Windsor site and related entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end financial close and reporting accuracy
- Analyze production, work order, and purchase price variances
- Prepare rolling forecasts, budgets, and SKU-level costing
- Report manpower, efficiency, cash drivers, and operational KPIs
- Support ad hoc budget, cost, and cash flow analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CMA strongly preferred
- Two or more years of progressive finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency
- Solid analytical, communication, and financial process skills
