Blacksmith Agency is a performance-driven, AI-first digital agency seeking a hands-on PPC Manager, Multifamily. You will own paid media for a portfolio of multifamily clients, shaping strategy, budgets and the narrative on calls with clients.

You’ll manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, test creative and measure results with GA4 and Pixel tracking. Work from home is available for Canada, the US, or South Africa.
