Bria Communities seeks a Cook for The Waterford, supporting independent living and private long-term care. You will prepare menu items, uphold Bria Cuisine standards, and contribute to a purposeful senior community. The position requires a recognized culinary diploma, cooking-establishment experience, and a Food Protected Certificate. A Red Seal Certificate is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality menu items
- Maintain Bria Cuisine food quality and service standards
- Operate cooking equipment safely and maintain compliant workspaces
- Lead food production when the Executive Chef or Manager is absent
- Contribute recipe and menu ideas based on resident feedback

Requirements:

- Recognized culinary school diploma
- Experience in a recognized cooking establishment
- Food Safe Certificate
- Fluent written and oral English
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand up to eight hours
