CareRx seeks a Pharmacy Assistant L1 for its Pharmacy team, supporting long-term care homes and retirement communities. You will prepare, package, and organize medication deliveries while supporting daily operations under Pharmacy Standards of Practice. This on-site role follows a five-day work week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock automated dispensing cabinets with required medications
- Scan and verify physician orders for completeness
- Audit medication systems, carts, storage areas, and fridges
- Review resident charts and complete audit platform entries
- Support documentation, labeling, returns, and pharmacy operations

Requirements:

- Previous pharmacy assistant experience, preferably in long-term care
- Ability to work independently on-site in long-term care
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Solid communication with clinical and administrative staff
- Understanding of LTC regulations and medication systems is an asset
