As an Apprentice General Manager, you will assist with day-to-day restaurant operations and learn to run a robust business. You will lead on duty, develop crew members, uphold hospitality standards, and support scheduling, P&L; management, sales forecasting, recruiting, and interviewing. The position includes a standard 50-hour workweek with evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on duty for speed, accuracy, and guest experience
