Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Health and Safety Advisor for a five-month contract. The schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., up to 40 hours weekly. This position supports hazard identification, contractor compliance, safety regulations, and incident investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in safety meetings and contractor toolbox talks
- Conduct Critical Control Assessments and Enablon Inspection Checklists
- Identify hazards and confirm appropriate controls during work
- Coach field personnel when unsafe practices are observed
- Support incident investigations and contractor management

Requirements:

- Ten years of proven safety experience in high-risk settings
- Oil and gas industry experience preferred
- Recognized safety certification, OHS diploma, degree, or equivalent competency
- Solid understanding of safety regulatory requirements
- Strong written, oral, and leadership communication skills
