This experienced position delivers Total Rewards programs across Canada. You will manage complex cases, provide compensation consulting, support benefits and pension programs, and advance wellness strategy. The work also includes compliance, analytics, HRIS data, and program improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve complex Total Rewards matters through documented stakeholder coordination
- Manage disability, leave, accommodation, and return-to-work cases
- Conduct market benchmarking, job evaluation, and equity analysis
- Support merit, incentive, pay equity, and salary structure initiatives




- Analyze benefits, pension, wellness, and employee insight data

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, commerce, finance, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive Total Rewards or HR experience
- Experience with compensation, perks, leaves, disability, and workers’ compensation
- Proficiency in Excel and Workday or comparable HRIS
- Strong analytical, case management, communication, and confidentiality skills
