As Training and Onboarding Specialist, you will develop programs for Volanté employees and clients. The work includes learning needs analysis, software application training, and collaboration with Technical Engineering. You will translate product features into practical training points and maintain learning content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop training programs and plans for employees and clients
- Create guides, videos, presentations, and job aids
- Facilitate virtual, online, and in-office training sessions
- Coordinate client schedules and agendas with Project Managers




- Evaluate program effectiveness and maintain training documentation

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of learning and development experience
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Adult Learning or Instructional Design
- Software application training creation and delivery experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- English and French bilingualism preferred; occasional Canada and United States travel
