As a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver customer support for Swisslog Healthcare’s Pharmacy Automation and Translogic systems. Your work includes preventive maintenance, corrective service, start-ups, customer training, and product quality reporting. You will also support parts, inventories, documentation, and customer satisfaction across your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance for contract customers
- Provide corrective, emergency, and paid customer services
- Support Translogic and current product start-up services




- Train customers on system and light maintenance operations
- Complete service reports, logs, and administrative paperwork

Requirements:

- One to three years electro-mechanical field service experience
- Vocational, military, or equivalent job experience
- Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Basic networking and Windows application experience
- Valid New Brunswick driver’s license and excellent record
