The Business Development Specialist develops relationships across healthcare and senior-related organizations. You will analyze market conditions, identify influence centers, manage referral sources, and support digital marketing with leadership and the Franchisor’s Marketing team. The objective is increasing brand awareness and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze competitors, trends, and local business prospect areas
- Identify healthcare referral sources and influence centers
- Develop referral partnerships through meetings, networking, and digital strategies




- Present Senior Helpers services to healthcare organizations
- Track CRM activity, KPIs, and weekly marketing reports

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or three years’ related experience
- Healthcare, home care, outreach, marketing, sales, or development experience preferred
- Exceptional organization, communication, follow-up, and rapport-building skills
- Results-oriented, solutions-driven, and attentive to detail
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
