This full time Store Manager leads operations, sales performance, staffing, and development at the Salmon Arm branch. Connects Wireless is British Columbia’s largest Bell Authorized Dealer. The position connects store staff with upper management while supporting operational excellence, customer experience, and sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily store operations and compliance standards
- Coach staff and manage schedules three to four weeks ahead
- Lead hiring, sales training, reviews, and coaching documentation
- Track key performance indicators and monthly targets
- Coordinate customer service, inventory, merchandising, and outreach

Requirements:

- Two or more years of management experience required
- Commissionable sales experience preferred
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred
- Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational abilities
- Ability to travel regularly between Kelowna and Salmon Arm
