Manager, Strategic Sourcing You'll partner with teams across the business, from IT and Marketing to Facilities and Supply Chain, to build sourcing strategies, negotiate strong agreements and manage supplier risk, acting as a trusted commercial advisor every step of the way. Develop and execute category and sourcing strategies that deliver short
- and long-term business value Lead supplier negotiations and, with Legal, develop and review commercial agreements covering risk allocation, cost, service expectations and supplier accountability Provide market, supplier and commercial insights that shape business decisions and business cases Manage supplier relationships,



performance and contract compliance for critical suppliers Maintain your sourcing pipeline, track results and report on realized savings and value Coach stakeholders on procurement best practices and help evolve our sourcing tools and processes 3-5 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management or a related commercial field, ideally in a large, complex organization Robust skills in competitive sourcing, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation and contract development The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects and priorities A university or college degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering or a related field Enjoy a hybrid work environment that ensures the perfect balance between work and personal life.
