Full-Lifecycle Recruiting Own end-to-end recruiting delivery for assigned requisitions, from intake through offer acceptance Manage a diverse portfolio of roles across technical, engineering, operations, corporate, and leadership functions Manage interview processes, feedback loops, and candidate communications to curate a high-quality experience for all participants in the hiring process Lead offer processes in partnership with HR and Hiring Managers, including compensation discussions and close Hiring Manager Partnership Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, setting expectations on timelines, talent availability, and market dynamics Provide ongoing updates on pipeline health, risks,



and recommendations to move searches forward efficiently Advise on country-specific hiring considerations in partnership with HR and legal teams Support hiring in both established and emerging markets as the business expands Process, Data & Systems Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS (Rippling), ensuring compliance and data integrity Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction Partner closely with global TA peers, HR Partners and other XFN teams where necessary Contribute to global recruiting initiatives, playbooks, and process improvements 4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with direct ownership of requisitions Proven ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches across different job families Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders Comfort working in a hybrid format (3x week in-office), collaborating across time zones and occasional travel (site visits and team/company events) Experience recruiting in technical recruiting preferred; candidates with a background in data centers or other mission-critical construction environments will be highly prioritized #
