Rio Tinto IOC seeks a Supervisor, Field Maintenance, to coordinate shift activities safely and cost-effectively. You will supervise planned, scheduled, emergency, and breakdown work while developing team capability. The role combines frontline leadership, maintenance planning, safety observations, and performance feedback across a safety-critical industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead crews executing planned, scheduled, emergency, and breakdown maintenance Coordinate assignments according to priority, availability, and team capability Reinforce safe practices through observations, talks, inspections,



and investigations Coach employees, arrange training, and address performance matters Provide accurate work management, payroll, and reporting information

Requirements:

Commitment to personal and team safety High school diploma and relevant trade or technical qualification Leadership experience supervising maintenance or production teams Experience coordinating planned maintenance and breakdown response Valid Class 5 provincial driver’s license Bring frontline leadership, maintenance coordination, and safety expertise to strengthen equipment reliability at Rio Tinto IOC.
