Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Strategic Sourcing Manager executes end-to-end purchasing activities for indirect goods and services including strategic sourcing, analysis, negotiations, and contract management. The position will play a critical role in supporting capital equipment (CapEx) procurement, requiring comfort with technical specifications and high-value vendor negotiations. Collaborate with internal business units to identify needs and objectives to recommend suppliers capable of providing goods and services that meet requirements. Support capital expenditure (CapEx) sourcing activities including technical RFQs,



equipment vendor negotiations, and coordination with engineering, IT, and operations stakeholders. Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships. Renewal contract negotiation
- track contracts for renewals and expiries in advance to formulate appropriate supplier engagement strategies. Total cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience with demonstrated expertise in pricing / contract negotiation and ownership of RFP, RFI, RFQ processes Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
