This specialist serves as Ledcor’s internal Coupa subject matter expert across the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. You will configure, optimize, and sustain modules including Procurement, Invoicing, SIM, Sourcing, CLM, and Analytics. The work connects Procurement, Finance, IS, Supply Chain, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Coupa configurations, implementations, enhancements, and rollouts Support SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare, and issue resolution Monitor platform health, adoption,



and performance metrics Analyze integration issues and drive permanent fixes Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and work instructions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field Six or more years of eProcurement system experience Hands-on Coupa sustainment or implementation experience strongly preferred ERP integration and cross-functional enterprise setting experience Strong Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and analytical skills Bring Coupa expertise, enterprise integration experience, and analytical judgment to Ledcor’s hybrid procurement systems team in Calgary.
