Key Responsibilities

Lead initial company assessments and investment recommendations Build networks for deal flow and syndication Orchestrate complex due diligence analyses Prepare Investment Memos for Investment Committee presentations Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation

Requirements:





Seven to ten years of relevant professional experience Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics Thorough understanding of sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management Advanced Excel financial modeling and data analysis skills Explicit investment writing and structured problem-solving abilities Bring venture capital expertise, financial modeling, and relationship leadership to BDC’s women-focused technology investment platform.
