Delivering high quality tax planning, services, and advice. Leading special tax engagements. Providing support, coaching and professional development to firm staff with respect to tax knowledge and tax matters on an ongoing basis. Preparing and presenting technical sessions to firm staff. 6 or more years of experience plus of progressive public accounting experience with a focus in taxation Completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax program or Masters of Tax Program Prior experience working on complex tax transactions Experience with Caseware and tax research software Proven project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects with conflicting timelines Bilingualism in French/English is an asset Meaningful career growth through structured performance management, ongoing feedback, and opportunities to advance.
