As Technical Lead, Software Development, you serve as the technical reference for your development team and represent them on technical matters with internal and external stakeholders. You work alongside our architects on technical decisions, help the team overcome technical challenges, and support team members in their skill development. You build quality, testing, and performance into the development process right from the start (shift-left). You help ensure commitments and deadlines for our clients are met, while evolving our practices, particularly through the adoption of generative AI. Technical Reference: You guide the team’s technical choices. You analyze and resolve the toughest technical challenges. You keep the client’s best interest at the heart of technical decisions.



You translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure compliance with agreed-upon objectives and timelines.
